Workout: "Count Down. Count Up"

5 groups of exercises with decreasing number of reps for each group. 20, then 10, then 5, then 2, and then 1. Once completed, group of exercises were completed in reverse. This process was done 2x followed by 5 minute stretch.

- Monkey Humpers

- Curtsey Lunges

- Raggety Annes

- Heal Raises


10 Rep Exercises

- Step ups

- Tricep Dips

- Hello Dolly to Rosalettas

- Star Crunches


5 Rep Exercises

- Bicep Curls

- Kick Backs

- Tricep Extensions


2 Rep Exercises

- Push-ups

- 20 Second Plank


1 Rep Exercise
