Cougar Prowl AO: convergenceatthecomplex Q: Shadow Pax: Country, Maui, Crotchet, Mellow, Feisty, Bravado, Small Town, Greecee Warm-up: run up and back in parking lot The Thang: mark out 50 yards with cones at each 10 yard. Broad jump to 10 yard line Cone1: @ 10 yard 10 burpees Walking lunges to 20 yard line Cone 2: @ 20 yard line 20 mike Tyson push-ups, inch worms to 30 yard line Cone 3: 30 squats with a R/L kick, duck walk to 40. Cone 4: @40 yard line 40 twinkle toes, plank walk to 50 yard line Cone 5: @50 yard line 50 bicycles Run a suicide to yard lines and start back at 50 yard line and make your way back to the 10 yard line. Repeat and many as you can.. 7 minutes of Stretching at the end COT: Prayer by Shadow
