Cherry Pickers


The Thang

Each PAX rolled the die for 4 exercises total they were as follows:

30 Big Girl Sit-Ups

15 (each leg) Lunges

15 Star Jump Burpees

18 Push-Ups


We ran one mile, stopping at each of the 4 corners to complete all 4 exercises.


MARY:

10 Cadence Count Hip Dips

10 Cadence Count 3 Way Crunches

10 Heels to Heave with a leg lift

10 (each side) Ankle Biters going through to the opposite leg

10 (each side) Plank Toe Taps

Repeat


4 Rounds 10 each, no dropping the arms until after all 4 rounds
