Complex pop up - 5/5/21 Date: 5/5/21 AO: Bolivia Complex Q: Wrangler PAX: Stingray, Vino, Pitty, Spicy, FNG Maui The Thang: Dora workout - One doing the exercises and one running the loop at the complex BOMBS to start! (Keep your own count!) 10 Burpees 20 Overhead presses 30 Merkins 40 Big girl sit ups 50 Sumo Squats Run the loop until everyone is done with their BOMBS Afterward, we came back to our mats and completed All three sets x2. We did hard counts unless otherwise noted. 15 reps of each exercise. Plank leg raise Plank see saw Plank knee taps (soft) Plank heel taps (soft) Donkey kicks (pulse at the top -right leg) Leg cross over (same leg- straighten it out and cross over and back 1 rep) Donkey kicks (pulse at the top - left leg) Leg cross over (same leg - straighten it out and cross over and back 1 rep) Abs leg pull ins Bicycle crunches Reverse crunches Bent knee windshield wipers Sally (Flowers by Moby) Squats!! Abs, Legs and Glutes were on fire!! Light stretching to cool down Came together for the COT: Thank you ladies for showing up! Be proud of how far you have come and have faith in how far you can go!
