On the Ground:

Crunches with knees

Single Leg Climbers

Table Balance/Knee Touch


Up the Mountain:

Mountain Climbers

Skiers

High Knees


On the Trail:

Walking Lunges

Side Lunges

Walking Squats


Down the Mountain:

Calf Raises

Leg Raises to the front

Leg Raises to the Side

Jump Squat to the end of the ramp


Repeat


COT:

One day the mountain that is in front of you will be so far behind you, it will barely be visible in the distance. But the person you become in learning to get over it? That will stay with you forever. And that is the point of the mountain.
