The Thang:
Partner up. One person begins the workout, while the partner runs a lap around Town Hall
parking lot. Once the partner returns from running they pick up from the exercise where their
partner finished and the other person now runs.
*Try hard count if you can!*
300 Plank Jacks
200 Tarantulas
100 Crab Kicks
50 Burpees
Partner Abs : Bridge and Over/Under 1’ each
Plank-O-Rama x30 each
