Warm up:
Two lines of ladies facing each other wtih cones down a line in the middle:
Q gets everyone to jog in place and then touch as Q calls out:
head, shoulders, knees, toes, jump, cone
When cone is called run to middle and grab one! Burpee if you don’t get a cone

The Thang:
Pyramid
Squat until everyone is done then run together with caterpillar runs around loop
5 exercise 10 reps each (ARMS)
Front raises
Shoulder press
Over head tricep extension
Plank reverse row
Lateral raises
Caterpillar RUN
4 exercise 20 res each
Sumo Squat to calf raise
Curtsy Lunge
Banded lateral leg lift to kick back
RDL
Caterpillar RUN
3 exercises 30 reps each (ABS)
Russian Twist
Reverse crunches
Pass through

2 exercises 40 reps each (BOOTY)
Fire Hydrants to donkey kick (20 each leg)
Reverse Lunge

RING OF FIRE
Hold plank then each person does 3 up/downs then hold until around the ring.
Hold squat then 3 jump squats then next person
