Title: By 5's Date: 6/9 Location: The Compound Q: Maui PAX: Maui, Wrangler, Curls, Stingray, Worm, Grace
Warm up: 15 jumping kacks, 15 air squats, 15 high knees
Thang:(All moves weighted 8-10 lb dumbbells) 25 front loaded squats, 20 curls (alternating each round full, hammer, wide), 15 ground to over head (hard count), 10 weighted big girl situps, 5 burpie broad jumps- then run 1 lap- completed 4 rounds
Mary- Core: two rounds 20 big girl setups, 20 straight leg raises, 1 minute plank
COT- "God- Keep us strong and healthy and lead us to make good choices!"
