The Thang:
4 Corners
Corner 1: Standing Fire Hydrants 10/leg
Corner 2: Corner 1 plus Standing Donkeys 10/leg
Corner 3: Corners 1 and 2 plus Leg Circles 5 left and 5 right/leg
Corner 4: Corners 1, 2 and 3 plus Squat Jumps 10
Repeat doing all corners at each corner
Mosey back to parking area
10 Hip Thrusts then 10 pulses x3
Booty Set - Don't drop your leg 10 reps each then 10 pulses of each:
Right leg all the way through, then do left leg all the way through
Fire Hydrants
Donkey Kicks
Rainbows

Repeat
MARY:
Plank Burpees - 6 total (one partner planks, one partner does a burpee then jumps over the other partner to do another burpee) Then switch partners
Plank Crawls - 6 total (one partner planks while the other army crawls under, then turns to crawl back the other way) Then switch partners
Mermaids 10/side then switch partners
Superman Obliques 10 (up, left, right = 1) then switch partners
Wiper Throw Downs 10 (left, right, center = 1) then switch partners
