Warm Up:

Stretching

Jog the loop


The Thang:


Do the Exercises the amount of reps listed for the burpees.

Exercises:

Reverse Fly

Shoulder Press

Bicep Curls

Triceps Extension


16 Burpees and Run the loop

12 Reverse Burpees and Run the loop

8 Jump Lunge Burpees and Run the loop

4 Star Jump Burpees and Run the loop


Exercises:

Sumo Squats

Big Girl Sit-Ups

Hip Thrust


4 Star Jump Burpees and Run the loop

8 Jump Lunge Burpees and Run the loop

12 Reverse Burpees and Run the Loop

16 Burpees and Run the loop


Waterfalls:

Plank Waterfall down and back with 15 pound weight x 2

Squat Waterfall forward then backward with 15 pound weight

5 Single Leg Reverse Crunch each leg

10 Bicycles

5 Cross Leg Crunch each leg

10 Ankle Biters

5 Star Crunch Each leg

10 Toe Touch
