Speed Walk around the loop in Follow the leader fashion with slow squats, Inchworms, and Lunges


The Thang: Use weights for as many reps on as much as you can.

70 Mountain Climbers

10 Burpees

60 Donkey Kicks (HC, Bent knee with weight)

10 Burpees

50 Reverse Fly

10 Burpees

40 Renegade Row with Extension

10 Burpees

30 Squat In Outs

10 Burpees

20 Push-Ups

10 Burpees

10 IYW

10 Burpees
