Banded Block - Every exercise done with a booty band
12/Side Standing Fire Hydrants
23 Push-Ups (band just above the elbows)
12/Side Weighted Side Steps
23 Squat to Arnold Press
BOOTY BURNOUT: Seated clams and Squat Jumps 10 reps of each back to back, then 9 reps, then 8, all the way to 1 rep each.
Repeat
Weighted Block - Every exercise done with weights
12/Side Staggered Squats
23 Plie Squats (weights on shoulders)
12/Side Reverse Lunge with Hammer Curl
23 Triceps Dips (weights on lap)
BICEP BURNOUT: Bicep Curls and Hammer Curls following the same pattern as the booty burnout

23 Bicycles with Chest Press (Shoulders off the ground)
12/Side Commando Twists
23 Weighted Big Girl Sit-Ups
12/Side Weighted Thread the Needle
23 Chest Pull with Knee Tuck (Shoulders off the ground)

23 Leg Raises with Skull Crushers (Shoulders off the ground)
