Banded Block (everything done with booty bands)
12/Side Standing Fire Hydrants
24 Push-Ups (band just above elbows)
12/Side Weighted Side Steps
24 Squat to Arnold Press
BOOTY BURNOUT: 10 reps of each then 9 reps, 8 reps, etc. until you've only done one of each.
Touch and go Squat Jumps (booty touches the seat each time) and Seated Clamshells
*REPEAT*
Weighted Block (everything with weights)
12/Side Staggered Squats
24 Plie Squats (weight on shoulders)
12/Side Reverse Lunge with Hammer Curls
24 Triceps Extensions
ARM BURNOUT: 10 reps of each then 9 reps, 8 reps, etc. until you've only done one of each.
Bicep Curls and Triceps Dips (weights on lap)
*REPEAT*
MARY Block (All Abs)
24 Bicycles with a Chest Press
12/Side Commando Twists
24 Weighted Big Girl Sit Ups
12/Side Boat Hold with a Single Arm Press
AB BURNOUT: 10 reps of each then 9 reps, 8 reps, etc. until you've only done one of each.
LBC's and Reverse Crunches
*REPEAT*
