Air Squats
Jumping Jacks
The Thang: Partner 1 - P1, Partner 2 - P2
Cone 1: 10 reps
P1 holds plank
P2 burpee and jump over P1
Switch and repeat
P1 Wheelbarrows P2 to next cone
Cone 2: 20 reps
P1 holds their feet six inches off the ground for a leg lift
P2 jumps over P1s legs
Switch and repeat
P2 Wheelbarrows P1 to next cone
Cone 3: 25 reps
P1 and P2 lock ankles together and do a sit up with russian twists to both sides for 1 rep
Leap frog over each partner to next cone
Cone 4: 20 reps
P1 Holds a Hip Raise
P2 Holds P1's knees to do tricep dips
Switch and repeat
Back to back squat walk to next cone
Cone 5: 10 reps each leg
P1 and P2 grasp arms and do 1 legged squats (pistol squats) together
P1 Wheelbarrow P2 to next cone
Cone 6: 10 reps
P1 and P2 do high five push-ups (from plank do a push up and give each other a high five alternating hands, repeat).
P2 Wheelbarrow P1 back to starting cone
Repeat for 3 rounds
