Attempt to continue with exercise throughout the song. Modify/rest as needed


Church Clap - Side lifts (Verse), Bicep Curls (Chorus)


Stomp - Knee lifts (Verse), High Knees (Chorus)


Be the Change - Burpees


Bleed the Same - Squat -> Stand up right -> Releve -> Stand up right -> Squat -> Repeat


Hard Love - Donkey Kicks w/w/o bands


Happy Dance - Mountain climbers, slow on verse, fast on chorus


Lights Shine Bright - Big Girl Sit-ups


Overcomer - Leg lifts


Soul on Fire - Bicycles


Cool Down:

Deep stretching for five minutes
