12 - then 12 Jump Lunge Burpees, Run The Loop

8 - then 8 Star Jump Reverse Burpees, Run The Loop

4 - then 4 Star Jump Burpees, Run the Loop

Hip Thrusts

Weighted Sit-Ups

Bicep Curls


Reps:

4- then 4 Star Jump Burpees

8 - then 8 Star Jump Reverse Burpees

12 - then 12 Jump Lunge Burpees

16 - then 16 Reverse Burpees

20 - (we ran out of time to do regular Burpees)
