The Complex

Warm Up- review of each move for the workout.

Banded Pearl Necklace- for time 35 minutes

2 Weighted Burpees

4 Ground to OH per side

6 Banded Square Squats

8 Curl Complex- full/hammer/wide

10 Push-up Rows


Banded walking lunges to each station- building each move as you go. Lateral lunges back to station 1 to restart the necklace.


Core-

2 sets of 15- straight leg raises, windshield Wipers, bicycle crunches HC
