Balloons Make Everything Better

PAX: Aloha, Puzzle, Andes, Voyager, Miles
Warm Up
Partner up
Partner 1 holds a squat. Partner 2 runs to the cone and does one burpee before running back and switching. Next round is the same with 2 burpees. Continue until both partners have completed 3 burpees.
Baloons:
Partner one holds boat pose while lightly tapping the balloon to keep it in the air. Partner 2 holds the balloon between their knees and runs to the cones and back to switch with partner 1.
Partner one does V-Ups with the balloon. Partner 2 holds the balloon between their knees and hops to the cone and back to switch with partner 1.
Partner 1 does Russian Twists with the balloon. Partner 2 does a bear crawl while pushing the balloon in front of them to the grate and back to switch with partner 1.
