Warm up: Cherry pickers, slow squats, toy soldiers, side twists
The Thang:
3 exercise on one side of the AO /3 on the other:
30x biceps curls to shoulder press lunge walk to the other to complete 30 inch worms lunge walk back to complete 30 rows monster walk to 30x plank up/downs lunge walk back to complete 30 hammer curls, squat jump to complete 30 reverse crunches!
Over and over until the end!!
