Arms, Peaches and Cardio February 10, 2022 Olé Lakeside PAX- Vino, Rio, Wrangler, Sails, Tequila, Mack Daddy, Baker, Dora, Feisty, Hurricane The Thang Pyramid workout Run around circle once in between the levels. 5 exercises-10 reps each- weights of your choice Chest Fly, Devil Burpee, Push Up, Lateral Raise, Plank Straight Arm Kickback 4 exercises- 20 reps each- weights if your choice Squat w/ bicep curl into an overhead press, single leg scarecrow, plank jacks w/ upright row, straight leg sit ups w/weight 3 exercises- 30 reps each- weight of your choice Plié Pump with heel raise, Lizards w/weight, Bent Tri Cep extension into a squat 2 exercises- Monkey Humpers, Chicken Wings (weight of your choice) 1 exercise- Single leg squat into kneeling squat ( choose soft or hard count and weight of your choice) MARY- Aidra’s Abs COT- Don’t be afraid of your fears, they are not there to scare you.
