Reverse Lunge

Squat variation

RDL

Banded lateral leg lift to kick back

Banded squat walk mat length

Partner series: (50 on, 10 rest, repeat 2x)

Rotation with weight pass

Big girl sit-up with weight pass

Plank high fives

Reverse crunches

Leg throws
