Plank hold, when say TNT push up

When they say “watch me explode” 3 burpees

The Thang:

AMRAP- Do 15 of each exercise until the 5 minutes is up


Bulgarian split squats

tricep dips

Inch worms


Surrenders

Squat twist

Froggers


Russian twists

Mountain climbers

Plank up/downs


Reverse crunch

Lunges

Plank shoulder taps
