Mosey to the Wall and keep moving as workout is explained.
The Thang:
10 Reps of each then 39 Triceps Dips, 9 Reps, then 39 Tricep dips....until you've finished 6 reps of each.
- PJ Inchworms with a Carolina Dry Dock
- Sit-Ups
- Donkey Fires (per leg)
- Bear Crawl Wall Taps (per arm)
- Plank Toe Taps
5 reps of each then 39 Triceps Dips, then 4 reps with 39 Triceps dips...until you've finished one rep of each.
- Wall Walks
- Star Jumps
- Burpees
- Ninja Jumps
10 of each (per Leg)
- Bulgarian Split Squats
- Wall Sit with a march
- Triceps Dips
MARY:
Count Together: 10 Each
- Sit-ups with a 5 second hold at the top on each (half boat position)
- Leg Lifts with a 5 second hold at the top on each
- 3 way wide legged crunches
30 Seconds Plank
