The Thang: One giant deck of cards in the center. PAX take turns drawing a card and everyone does the related reps and exercise.


*If the same exercise card is drawn twice, after doing the reps, run to the cone and back.


Reps:

Hearts - 10

Spades - 20

Diamonds - 25

Clubs - 15


Exercises:

Joker - Run

Jack - High Knees

Queen - Sumo Squat

King - Side Bends

Ace - Jab, Jab, Hook, Hook, Run

2 - Skaters

3 - Lunges

4 - Reverse Lunges

5 - Mountain Climbers

6 - Squats

7 - Jumping Jacks

8 - Calf Raises

9 - Hallelujah

10 - Butt Kicks
