A “few” minutes of time April 12, 2022 Olé Shipwatch PAX- sails, baker, cadet, sister act, ninja, wrangler, Rio, curls, squirrel, mellow, laces, bravado, tidal wave, beach bum The Thang Workout 1 minute each exercise in each level. No rest in between the minutes. 30 sec rest in between levels. Repeat until workout is over Level 5 (weighted) Dead lift into shoulder press Plank renegade row Pull up your pants into a Tri Cep kick back Bicep curls Scarecrows Level 4 (banded) Froggers Star jacks Glute bridge with frog pulse at top Monkey humpers Level 3 Candlestick w/ wide legs at top (banded) Big girl sit ups (weighted) Russian Twist (weighted) Level 2 Lung left plié pump Lung right plié pump Level 1 Inchworm w/ 2 push ups Run lap around water front Quote: “strength grows in the moments when you think you can’t go on but you keep going anyway”.
