Dive bomber burpees 10, 9 etc
Calf raises 1, 2, etc

30- bicep curls (weighted)
40- buzz saws
50- squat (your choice)
40- plank jacks
30- tri cep extensions (weighted)
20- mountain climbers
10- standing chest fly (weighted)
Sally song w/ bicycles into glute bridge
2 sets of 10 reps of Aidra’s abs
2 sets of 10 reps of boat pulse
COT- If you want to build high, you must dig deep
