Q: Voyager Location: Riverside PAX: Southpaw, Red Card, Twilight, Sandpiper, Hurricane, Frosty, Cash Money, Mame Bear, Scorpion, Treasure, Nuke, Karaoke, Puzzle, Mermaid, Foodie Warm up: Jumping jacks, soldiers, cherry pickers, stretches The Thang: Followed the disc golf course/holes around the park and stopped at each hole to do 4 minutes of each exercise tabata-style - 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. 1 minute of rest in between exercises including jog to next hole. Burpees Plank touches - head, shoulders, knees, and toes (2 rounds of each touch for 8 total) Tarantulas Side leg raises Squat hold with side bend Toe touch leg extensions Lunge step-ups Side plank rotations Calf raises and punches COT: "It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect its successful outcome."
