Warm-Up: High Knees, Butt Kicks, Jumping Jacks, Cherry Pickers (Front/Back, Side-to-Side)



Mosey to small parking lot.


The Thang: 4 stations, 4 exercises at each station for a total of 40 Reps (Hard Count); do air squats or raggedy anns if you finish before your group, stay with and run with your group to the next station


Station 1

15 Hand Release Pushups

10 Star Crunches

10 Bulgarian Split Squats

5 Wall Walkers


Station 2

15 Dry Dock Pushups

10 Curtsy Lunges

10 Box Cutters

5 Tarantulas


Station 3

15 Plank Shoulder Taps

10 Side Lunges

10 Russian Twists

5 Burpees


Station 4

15 Triceps Dips

10 Fire Hydrants while in Bear Crawl

10 Norwals

5 Inchworms


AMRAP: As many rounds as possible

Finish at Station 4 to do Abs together: 30 seconds each...High Plank, Buzz Saws, Plank with Alternating Leg Lifts, Baby Crunches, Reverse Crunches
