Convergence at the Complex

Q: Hurricane

PAX: Roadtrip, Dora, Enchilada, BB, Dr. No, Mellow, Huevo, Crochet


Warm Up:

Tic Tac Toe - 2 Lines, Everyone waiting does Raggedy Anns. The two at the front of the line complete 5 monkey Humpers and 5 Froggers then grab a weight from their pile and place it somewhere on the tictactoe board. The team to get 3 in a row wins. They then have 5 Jumping Jacks while the other team gets 5 burpees.


The Thang: By the end you will have completed 90 weighted burpees! Everything is weighted and hard count except the lunges:


100 Squats

10 Burpees

90 Sit-UPs

10 Burpees

80 Glute Bridge

10 Burpees

70 Russian Twists

10 Burpees

60 Donkey Fire

10 Burpees

50 Lunges

10 Burpees

40 Chest Fly

10 Burpees

30 Reverse Fly

10 Burpees

20 Triceps Extension

10 Burpees

10 Shoulder Press


COT: Train to be strong, not skinny. Eat to be nourished, not thin. Workout to Build, not burn. You have one body. Don't spend your whole life tearing it down in the name of looking better.
