The Thang: Everything weighted compound movements
20 Alternating Single Leg Deadlift, Bulgarian Split Squat, Forward Lunge
10 Inchworm (walk hands with weight), push-up (walk back with weights), Deadlift, High Pull
20 Alternating Sumo Step outs with Shoulder Press
10 Glute Bridge, Chest Fly
20 Squat, Triceps Extension
10 Chest Pull, Sit -Up
20 Cross Body Pull to Knees
Run to wall, 2 wall walkers, Run Back
Booty Burner:
3 Way Glute Bridges (legs out past 90 degrees for 10 reps, legs at 90 for 10 reps, legs close to butt for 10 reps)
20 Chest Press
Repeat x3
Fire Hydrant 5 reps then 5 second hold
Donkey Kicks 5 reps then 5 second hold
*repeat for 4, 3, 2, 1 then switch to the other side
Fire Hydrant 5 reps, then 5 Pulses
