5-4-3,2,1 Nov 22, 2021 Q- Olé Cabana PAX- Bravado, Rio, Wrangler, Shadow, Country, Vino, Feisty, Hook The Thang 5 Levels, each level is non stop for one minute each exercise until you hit level 2, it’s 30 sec each exercise. 1 min level you can decide timing. Run in between each level. Repeat levels as needed for time. You can also switch up exercise each cycle. Level 5- High knees, Plank jacks, Burpees, Tri cep dips, Russian Twist Level 4- Mountain Climbers, Raggedy Anns, Buzz Saw, Squat Level 3- Push Ups, Frog Hip Thrust, Calf Raises ( any style ) Level 2- Fire Hydrant Left, Fire Hydrant right, donkey kick left donkey kick right Level 1- side plank with threading the needle Mary- Ab workout to music.
