Warm-Up
1 Lap around the small loop incorporating High Knees, Walking, Arm Hugs, Arm Circles, Hip Openers, Butt Kickers.
The Thang:
Each Loop is 1/4 mile Exercises were done at each of the 4 corners.
1st Loop: 4 reps each
Stay in a squat and complete: Pulse, Step-Outs, Reverse Lunges, Turn Ins
Plank Toe Taps, Plank Arm Raises, Push-Ups, Superman W's
2nd Loop: 4 reps each
Same as Loop 1 but add:
V-Ups, Sit-Ups, Russian Twists, Ankle Biters
3rd Loop: 4 reps each
Same as loop 2 but add:
Triceps Dip, Sparky Crab, Squat Jumps, Curtsy Pops
4th Loop: 4 reps each:
Same as loop 3 but add:
Burpees, Reverse Burpees, Hip Dips, Plank Jacks
