Name: 4,3,2,1 AO: The Complex Q: Shadow Pax: Slainte, Country, Rio, Huevo, Wrangler, Dora The Thang: 4 reps of each exercises 3 minutes 2 exercises 1 minute cardio burst Round 1: Burpee with overhead press Reverse lunge R/L with a front raise CARDIO: Plank Jacks Round 2: Jump forward/jump back/bicep curl Curtsy lunge w/a lateral raise CARDIO: Skaters Round 3: Glute Bridge R/L w/a skull crusher Plank split lunge w/a side press CARDIO: Squat jump w/a R/L inward lunge Round 4: Bent over row w/a leg tap Squat w/ T arms twist in *Repeat as time allows Mary: Planksgiving challenge: plank shoulder taps 3 minute Abs 4 reps each side and switch : (keep leg off the ground)elbow to knee, reach for toes COT: She is unshakable not because she doesn't know pain or failure, but because she always pushes through.
