10 x 30 AMRAP
Date: 6/16/21
Location: The Compound
Q- Maui
PAX- Maui, Wrangler, Stingray, Worm, Curls, Backpack, White Claw, FNG named Square Root
Warm Up-
Run 1 lap-
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Air Squats
Stretch
The Thing-
10 reps/ move- then on to the next move
Biceps Curls
Weighted Squats
Push ups
Sit ups
Inch Worms
Tuck Jumps
Alternating Plank Shoulder Taps (hard count)
Overhead Press
Mountain Climbers
Alternating Lunges (hard count)
After each round run 1 lap- start next round after. Complete AMRAP in 30 minutes
Abs- As a group-
Max time plank (when you drop complete burpies until the last person finishes).
2 rounds-
15 straight leg raises
15 bicycle crunches (hard count)
COT- Brought in for a prayer- thanking God for allowing us to move our bodies with such an amazing group of women!
