The workout::     

10 exercises, 10 reps, as many rounds as possible (we did 4)    goblet squats (or push squats)    squat jacks    tricep dips    lunge pulse to kick (hard count)    lateral bounds (hard count)    seated straight arm raises    elevated pike hold or pushup    push squat to overhead press    jacks    single sided kneeling/lunge overhead press L, then Rafter each round: one lap suitcase carry


Abs- 20 hard count each    lever    low plank reaches    slow dead bugs    russian twists SLOW
