PAX- Baker, Gamer
10 rounds of each exercise in each circuit, do exercise 10 times for each round. You will end up doing 100 of each. Do exercises with weights where you are able. Repeat circuits until time is up.
CIRCUIT 1
Push ups, sit backs, horse squats
CIRCUIT 2
Tri cep dips, raggedy ann’s, stand up squat
CIRCUIT 3
Halo w/ chest press (forward), American hammer push out, hamstring weighted butt hits
CIRCUIT 4
Bi-cep/hammer curl, v- scissor kicks, glute bridge toe taps
COT- Everyone has a bad day. Pause, rest, reset, restart. Never quit, always pick yourself back up and keep going.
