8. Bridge + fly
9. Goblet squat
10. Bicep curl + Over head press
**run a lap** start from top
In last 5 minutes
Musical Ducks
Place mats in circle, play music , everyone squats around circles till music stops. 1 person on lucky mat gets to do push ups while everyone else is doing goblet squats.
