-shoulder taps

1.Burpees 10 rep

2. Calve raise 10 rep

3. Tricep dips 10 rep

4. Backward single leg lunges on steps. Right/left leg 10 rep

5. Push ups


**run a lap** (use weights)


6. Dumb bell snatch right/left alternate HC

7. V up sit up

8. Bridge + fly

9. Goblet squat

10. Bicep curl + Over head press


**run a lap** start from top


In last 5 minutes

Musical Ducks

Place mats in circle, play music , everyone squats around circles till music stops. 1 person on lucky mat gets to do push ups while everyone else is doing goblet squats.
